Hi, everybody!
I hope you all had a great weekend!
I received two products to try and review from Sulwhasoo, a Korean skincare, and beauty brand from the same company as AMOREPACIFIC. During the past two weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to try them both, and I’m quite happy with the results.
Sulwhasoo sent me: Its Timetreasure Renovating Eye Cream, and Perfecting Cushion Intense
- SULWHASOO TIMETREASURE RENOVATING EYE CREAM

The Sulwhasoo Renovating Eye Cream comes with a tiny spoon, so you can measure exactly the amount of eye cream you need
I’ll begin my review with the Timetreasure Renovating Eye Cream since I believe that to achieve best results with your makeup, you should start by taking care of your skin. Don’t you agree with me?
My undereye area is one of the most problematic for me because I have dark circles and eye bags, and when I don’t get enough sleep the problem certainly gets worse. You can imagine that during the “Irmageddon,” my stress levels were quite high, so it was a perfect opportunity to try this eye cream.
SulwhasooTimetreasure Renovating Eye Cream is a bestseller in Korea, due to its unique formula of DAA (De-aging Active (DAA), an anti-aging elixir found in Red Pine leaves in tiny amounts. The brand has studied the benefits of Ginseng as an anti-aging, and this cream contains red and white ginseng, which has the power to brighten the under eye area and to reduce the signs of wrinkles and fine lines.
One of the things I loved from the Timetreasure Renovating Eye Cream, is that it is creamy but not greasy which leaves your skin perfectly prepared to apply concealer. It comes with a tiny spoon so you can use precisely the amount of cream needed, which should be the size of a rice grain for each eye.
After two weeks of using the Sulwhasoo Timetreasure Renovating Eye Cream, I can tell you that this product delivers. I feel my eye area tighter and my wrinkles somehow more released. I would dare to say that I also feel my eyes a bit more open.
On the other hand, even though it costs around $260, the jar is quite big for an eye cream so that it can last a lot.
I would rank it among my top 5 in eye creams.
- SULWHASOO PERFECTING CUSHION INTENSE
I had used AMOREPACIFIC cushion when the brand launched it, and I liked it a lot. I’ve used different foundations cause I like to rotate them and also because I sometimes want more coverage.
I love this Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion Intense because it is still light but if applied correctly gives my complexion the kind of glowing coverage I like. It must be due to its unique formula which contains pearl powder (Radiance Pearl Powder Complex) and also plum blossom extract which as you might know has many anti-oxidants.
It also has Broad Spectrum SPF 50, so you can feel protected.
I usually use the makeup primer to reduce the look of the pores; then I apply concealer and then the cushion. For me, the best way is to layer it until you achieve the desired coverage. Even though I have used it all day long and stays impeccably well, you might want to re-touch which is one of the many advantages of the cushions.
Another thing I love of Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion Intense is that you have seven different shades to choose from according to your skin’s tone. I’m using number 25 which is a medium beige tone that matches seamlessly with my skin. It also comes with a refill, which is always great.
Thank you Sulwhasoo for these two products and for partnering with me for this post.
